How to book a trip?

  • Open the App.
  • Choose “New Trip”
  • Choose the suitable vehicle “light weight, medium weight, heavy weight, very heavy weight, furniture, tow winch, etc…)
  • Choose the pickup and drop-off points.
  • Choose between an immediate trip or a scheduled one.
  • Check and explore the pricing of all the available vehicles.
  • Choose the suitable vehicle.
  • Add the shipment details.
  • Add receiver’s information, as he will receive an OTP as a confirmation for receipt.
  • Review your order and choose the payment method.
  • Once a captain accepts your request, you will be able to see all his details and track his movement.
  • Postagy will notify you when the captain arrives.
  • Give him the package, he may capture photos for it.
  • You can contact the captain through the app or by calling him.

What items can be shipped with Postagy?
