“Postagy“ Platform Terms and Conditions

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern the access or use by individuals in the country where the Platform is used for applications, websites, content, products, and services (the “Services”) provided by eGate Egypt LLC, a limited liability company incorporated in Cairo, Arab Republic of Egypt and registered in Cairo with the Commercial Investment Registry under the number: 131026

By using the Postagy App, you represent that:

Comply with all notifications and alerts provided to you by the “Postagy” App
Not to use the information you obtain for any purpose outside the scope of the services or products of the Postagy application and your use of the Postagy application will be only within the scope of the services and products contained in the application only.
Not to misuse the application for the purposes of theft, harming others, stealing their personal information, or doing any behavior that offends the administration of the Postagy application or the work of the Postagy application
Refrain from doing any work that competes with the Postagy application, or copying or transferring the contents of the application without the written consent of the management of the Postagy application.

Your use of the Application Services has never been disabled or prevented from using them at any time.
You are not a competitor to the “Postagy” App , nor do you offer any competing product for the services provided by “Postagy”.
You have the full power and authority to contract and that you will not be in breach of any law or contract, and that you do not have any case law, arrest warrants or claims with the security authorities.

Representations and Warranties

You represent and warrant that you will:

Comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country in which you use the Platform.
You provide true and accurate information to “Postagy” and update it periodically.
You review and comply with any notices sent through “Postagy” in connection with your use of the services provided by the “Postagy” App.
You will use the Service or the Application for lawful purposes only, and will not use the Services to purchase or receive any illegal or fraudulent material.
You will not use the Service or theApplication to cause harm, harassment or inconvenience to someone.
You agree to exchange information between companies within theApplication in connection with your operations carried out and to evaluate dealings with you.
It will not hinder the proper operation of the Postagy application.
You will not attempt to harm the Service or theApplication in any way.
You will not copy or distribute theApplication or other content without the written permission of “Postagy”.
You will maintain the password for your account or any identification provided by us to you and allow access to your account, securely and confidentially.
You will provide us with all evidence proving your identity at Delfrew’s sole discretion.
Postagy has the right to refuse to provide the service or use the application without giving reasons.

Scope of the license

“Postagy” grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-assignable, non-sublicensable and irrevocable license to obtain and use our Services solely for your personal purpose (not for any commercial purposes to name a few) in accordance with this Contract, so you must:

Not to make the Services available, rent, assign or resell, distribute or sublicense such Services to any third party.

Not to intentionally transfer, distribute the Services, or allow the Services to be downloaded for use other than as specified herein.
Do not allow the sharing of username/password or other justifications for accessing the application services.

Contract term and termination

The contract between you and “POSTAGY” is for an unlimited period. You may terminate the Contract at any time by permanently deleting the Application installed on your Smartphone, thus disabling your use of the Application and the Service. You can close your user account at any time.

Postgraduate may terminate the Contract with immediate effect at any time (by disabling your use of the Application and the Service), if you: (a) violate or violate any of the User Terms, and (b) if “POSTAGY” believes that you are abusing the Application or the Service. “POSTAGY” is not obligated to give prior notice of termination.

Annulment of one or more judgments
